1. Growth

• Ace Services, LLC would use a portion of the grant funds, if awarded, towards new hire efforts. Our goal is to hire at least 10 new employees in 2023.

• We would pay for online adds to post job openings.

• We would offer sign-on bonuses for certain employees, for those that have experience in the field.

2. Staff Retention

• We would love to offer current and future staff quarterly or biannual bonuses based on performance and client satisfaction reviews.

3. Training and Onboarding

• We would also use funds for continued staff training and on boarding new employees.
